The map and aerial photos load from public services and need a connection. Zoom in on your area and give it a few seconds; in areas without county records you'll see buildings with fewer details.

Open iPhone Settings > DoorDing > Location and choose “While Using the App”. You can also tap the map to place yourself.

DoorDing copies the message first. Open Messages or WhatsApp and paste it. Make sure the customer's phone number is saved with the area code.
